Island Staffing Welcomes A New Sr Account Executive

San Diego, Calif. – The Island Staffing team has added more experience!  In November 2011, Paul Smith started as the new Sr Account Executive at the local Oceanside technical staffing firm. Originally from the East Coast, Paul has over twenty five years experience in recruiting and marketing with Information Technology, Engineering and Human Resource organizations.

Before joining Island Staffing, Paul was gathering and cultivating sales and recruiting skills at several firms with titles such as National Accounts Manager, Executive Search Consultant, and Area Vice President. Now Paul has joined Island Staffing to continue his success as a recruiter.
